Dino Dig

Take a trip back in time to the age of dinosaurs and go on a simulated dino-dig to find your very own fossils!

Journey back in time to learn about the Lenape way of life, the Manahatta landscape, and how to make our own face paint and wigwams!

Become a marine biologist as we learn how energy travels in ocean food chains and go on a thrilling deep sea dig to understand sharks!

Trips Details

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HANDS-ON SCIENCE FIELD TRIP

We conduct class trips from multiple sites: 

  • Center Slope (291 5th Ave)

  • South Slope (1624 8th Ave)

  • Prospect Heights (69 Underhill Ave)

  • Greenpoint (252 Driggs Ave)

  • Class trips are offered Tuesdays - Thursdays and run from 10 am - 11:30 am. Three to four chaperones are welcomed to come along and join us as well! A 30 minute lunch session can be made available.

  • A $25 non-refundable placeholder deposit is required and will be deducted from the day-of trip cost.

  • Trips are aligned with NGSS and differentiated by grade.
